Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Infra Range. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include all original components, accessories, and packaging.
  • Not show signs of misuse, damage, or modification.

Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.

Return Authorization

Before returning any product, please contact us at:

support@infra-range.com

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

We will provide return instructions before the item is shipped back.

Return Shipping

Unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking.

Infra Range is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the product as appropriate.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately.

We will provide instructions to correct the issue at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital downloads
  • Software licenses
  • Gift cards
  • Products intentionally damaged or modified after delivery
  • Items returned outside the return period

Infrared Components

Infrared filters, lasers, and electronic components should be handled carefully.

Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, or normal wear is not covered under this policy.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it must follow the normal return process.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, Infra Range products include a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Abuse
  • Improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications

Limitation of Liability

Infra Range products are intended solely for dry-fire training and educational purposes.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all firearms are unloaded and handled safely before using any Infra Range products.

Infra Range is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or losses resulting from improper use of our products.
