Infra Range Terms and Conditions

These Infra Range Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Infra Range mobile application, website, online store, products, services, and related content.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Infra Range App, purchasing hardware, or accessing our Website or Store.

By using the App, Website, Store, products, or related services, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Acceptance of the Infra Range Terms and Conditions

You must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. Where required by law, a minor may use the services only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to use the App, Website, Store, products, and related services only for lawful purposes.

You also agree to follow these Terms, all applicable laws, product instructions, and safety requirements.

2. Using the Infra Range App

The Infra Range App is intended for dry-fire training, simulation, recreation, system testing, and entertainment.

Infra Range works with compatible infrared laser training devices and related equipment. Compatibility may depend on your mobile device, camera, operating system, infrared wavelength, lighting, calibration, display equipment, cables, filters, and accessories.

The App is not intended for live-fire shooting or use with live ammunition.

You must use the App and all associated equipment in a safe, responsible, and lawful manner.

Infra Range is a training and entertainment tool. It is not a substitute for professional firearm instruction, certified safety training, law enforcement training, military training, or other professional instruction.

3. Safety Disclaimer

WARNING: Never look directly into an infrared laser beam. Infrared laser light may be invisible and can cause serious or permanent eye injury.

Always follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer of each firearm, laser device, cartridge, insert, projector, cable, filter, mount, and accessory.

  • Confirm that every firearm is completely unloaded before training.
  • Remove all live ammunition from the training area.
  • Treat every firearm as though it is loaded.
  • Keep every firearm and training device pointed in a safe direction.
  • Keep your finger away from the trigger until you are ready to train.
  • Be aware of your target and the surrounding area.
  • Never aim a firearm, training device, or laser at another person or animal.
  • Never allow children to use the equipment without appropriate adult supervision.

You use the App and associated equipment at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infra Range is not responsible for injury, death, property damage, equipment damage, legal consequences, or other harm caused by unsafe, unlawful, negligent, reckless, improper, or unintended use.

4. Infra Range Equipment and Device Requirements

Using Infra Range may require compatible equipment. Your setup may include:

  • A compatible iPhone or Android device
  • The Infra Range mobile application
  • A compatible infrared laser training device
  • An infrared camera filter and phone filter clip
  • A projector or another compatible display
  • A projection screen or suitable display surface
  • A tripod, phone mount, cable, adapter, or related accessory

The equipment required may vary based on your mobile device and training setup.

A smartphone or tablet is not included with an Infra Range hardware kit unless the product page clearly states otherwise.

You are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, system requirements, setup instructions, and compatibility information before placing an order.

Infra Range does not guarantee compatibility with every mobile device, operating system, camera, projector, cable, adapter, accessory, or third-party training product.

5. Infra Range App Availability and Updates

We may release updates, bug fixes, compatibility changes, security improvements, or new features for the App.

Some updates may be required for the App to continue working properly.

We do not guarantee that the App will remain compatible with every device, operating system version, accessory, or hardware configuration.

We may add, change, replace, suspend, or remove features, game modes, maps, content, or services.

Access to the App does not guarantee that a specific feature or piece of content will remain available forever.

6. Infra Range Store Products

Infra Range may sell hardware kits, training devices, accessories, replacement parts, and other physical products through the Infra Range Store.

Each product page describes the product, price, availability, and included components.

We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately. However, minor differences in color, appearance, packaging, manufacturing details, or other nonessential characteristics may occur.

All products are subject to availability.

Infra Range may:

  • Limit the quantity of products purchased
  • Correct pricing or listing errors
  • Modify or discontinue products
  • Refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary
  • Reject transactions connected to suspected fraud or unlawful activity
  • Reject transactions involving unauthorized payments or resale abuse

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the applicable amount.

7. Product Kits and Component Substitutions

Infra Range may sell complete kits or bundles that contain several components.

The applicable product page will list the primary components included with each kit.

Some components may come from third-party manufacturers or suppliers. Therefore, a component’s brand, model, packaging, appearance, or design may change over time.

When reasonably necessary, Infra Range may replace a component with another component that provides substantially similar functionality and compatibility.

We will not knowingly make a substitution that materially reduces the system’s core advertised functionality without appropriate disclosure.

8. Complimentary and Promotional Items

Some purchases may include a complimentary, promotional, prototype, starter, or bonus item.

For example, a kit may include a complimentary IR training pistol or another accessory.

Unless the product page states otherwise, complimentary items are included at no extra charge and have no separate cash value.

Complimentary products may be intended for basic testing, setup, demonstration, recreation, or initial use of the Infra Range system.

The design, appearance, construction, specifications, and availability of complimentary items may change.

The applicable product description and the Refund and Return Policy explain any return, replacement, or warranty treatment for complimentary items.

9. Prices and Website Payments

Store prices appear in the currency displayed during checkout.

Payment is due when you place an order unless we clearly offer another payment arrangement.

Third-party payment processors may process Store payments. Infra Range does not directly store complete payment-card details handled by those processors.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • Your payment information is accurate.
  • You are authorized to use the payment method.
  • Your billing information is accurate.
  • Your shipping information is complete and accurate.

The final checkout total may include product costs, shipping charges, sales tax, and other applicable charges.

You will have an opportunity to review the total before submitting your order.

10. Taxes

Infra Range may calculate and collect sales tax or other transaction taxes where required by law.

You are responsible for any tax, duty, customs fee, import fee, brokerage charge, or similar government charge that legally applies to you.

If international shipping becomes available, customers must review local import restrictions before ordering.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Infra Range ships physical products only to destinations offered during checkout.

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times will appear during checkout or on the product page.

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

Infra Range is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, or extra expenses caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Processing times and carrier transit times are estimates unless Infra Range provides a written guarantee.

Shipping may be delayed by severe weather, carrier problems, holidays, supply disruptions, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

Report a missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect product to support@infra-range.com as soon as possible.

12. Returns and Refunds

Our separate Refund and Return Policy governs eligible physical products purchased directly from the Infra Range Store.

That policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Please review the policy before placing an order.

Products purchased through Amazon or another third-party retailer are subject to that retailer’s return, refund, shipping, and warranty policies.

Infra Range cannot issue a refund for a transaction completed directly with another retailer.

13. Order Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, contact support@infra-range.com as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order that has not entered fulfillment or shipped.

Cancellation may no longer be possible after an order has entered fulfillment or been transferred to a carrier.

In that case, the Refund and Return Policy may apply.

14. Third-Party Products and Affiliate Links

The Website may recommend or link to products sold by Amazon or other third-party retailers.

Some links are affiliate links. Infra Range may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through those links at no additional cost to the customer.

As an Amazon Associate, Infra Range earns from qualifying purchases.

When you purchase a product directly from a third-party retailer:

  • The transaction is between you and the retailer.
  • The retailer processes your payment.
  • The retailer handles fulfillment and shipping.
  • The retailer’s return and refund policies apply.
  • The retailer’s warranty policies apply.
  • The retailer’s privacy policy and terms apply.

Infra Range is not the seller of record for products purchased directly from third-party retailers.

A recommendation or affiliate link does not guarantee continued availability, pricing, performance, or compatibility.

15. Third-Party Services

The App and Website may use links, embedded content, payment services, app marketplaces, or other features supplied by third parties.

Independent third-party services control their own availability, security, content, policies, and practices.

Infra Range is not responsible for the actions or practices of those independent services.

Your use of a third-party service may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

16. Acceptable Use

You may not use the App, Website, Store, products, or related services to:

  • Violate a law or regulation
  • Commit fraud or unauthorized payment activity
  • Attempt to access a system or account without authorization
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the App or Website
  • Upload or distribute malware or harmful code
  • Circumvent access restrictions or security controls
  • Impersonate another person or business
  • Scrape protected content without authorization
  • Misuse Infra Range intellectual property
  • Cause harm to Infra Range, its customers, or a third party
  • Use Infra Range products in an unsafe or unlawful manner

Infra Range may restrict access when it reasonably believes a user has violated these Terms.

17. Intellectual Property

Infra Range owns or lawfully uses the Infra Range name, logos, branding, software, code, graphics, game content, designs, documentation, videos, audio, text, and other original materials.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Infra Range intellectual property to you.

Except where applicable law permits it, you may not:

  • Copy protected parts of the App or Website
  • Redistribute proprietary content
  • Sell unauthorized copies
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the App
  • Circumvent technical protection measures
  • Create unauthorized derivative works
  • Use Infra Range branding in a false or misleading manner

This section does not prohibit an activity that applicable law does not allow Infra Range to restrict.

18. User Feedback

You may voluntarily send Infra Range ideas, suggestions, comments, reviews, or bug reports.

By submitting feedback, you give Infra Range permission to evaluate and use it to develop, improve, support, or promote its products and services.

Infra Range does not have to compensate you for voluntary feedback unless we agree otherwise in writing.

This section does not transfer ownership of unrelated intellectual property or confidential material that Infra Range separately agrees in writing to receive confidentially.

19. Infra Range Privacy Policy

Your use of the App, Website, and Store is also subject to the Infra Range Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how Infra Range handles camera access, website and Store information, and information involved in providing our services.

Please review the Privacy Policy before using the App, Website, or Store.

20. Transactional Communications

When you place an order or provide contact information, Infra Range may send communications needed to complete or support the transaction.

These communications may include:

  • Order confirmations
  • Payment confirmations
  • Shipping and tracking notifications
  • Delivery updates
  • Return or refund messages
  • Security notices
  • Customer support responses
  • Important service notices

Infra Range will handle optional marketing communications according to applicable law and the choices available to you.

21. No Professional Advice

Information provided through the App, Website, documentation, videos, or customer support is for general information, setup, training, simulation, and entertainment.

Infra Range does not provide legal advice, medical advice, or certified firearms instruction through the App or Website.

You are responsible for obtaining suitable professional instruction and following applicable laws.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the App, Website, Store, and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Infra Range does not guarantee that:

  • The App or Website will always be available.
  • Every feature will operate without error.
  • Every device or accessory will be compatible.
  • Every third-party component will remain available.
  • The App will detect every laser event under all conditions.
  • The system will meet every user’s training objective.
  • All content or features will remain available indefinitely.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, right, or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Infra Range will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

This limitation applies to claims connected to the App, Website, Store, products, or related services.

Infra Range is not responsible for harm caused by:

  • Unsafe handling of a firearm or training device
  • Use of live ammunition during dry-fire training
  • Improper use of a laser device
  • Failure to follow safety instructions
  • Unauthorized product modification
  • Incompatible third-party equipment
  • Customer misuse or negligence
  • Unlawful use of a product or service

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit or exclude.

24. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infra Range and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents.

This obligation applies to claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your unlawful use of the App, Website, Store, or products
  • Your material violation of these Terms
  • Your infringement of another person’s rights
  • Your unsafe or unauthorized use of associated equipment

This section applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.

25. Suspension and Termination

Infra Range may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

  • A violation of these Terms
  • Fraud or suspected fraud
  • Abuse or harassment
  • A security threat
  • Unlawful activity
  • Conduct that creates a material risk of harm

Termination does not eliminate an obligation that arose before termination.

26. Changes to Products, Prices, and Services

Infra Range may change future product offerings, prices, features, content, and services.

A change to a future offering does not retroactively change a completed transaction unless required by law or agreed to with the customer.

Product availability and pricing may change without notice before an order is placed.

27. Changes to the Infra Range Terms and Conditions

Infra Range may update these Terms when our products, services, business practices, or legal requirements change.

When we make changes, we will revise the Last Updated date at the top of this page.

We may also provide notice through the App, Website, or another reasonable method when appropriate.

Your continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

Updates do not remove rights that you already have under applicable law.

28. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and applicable United States federal law.

Conflict-of-law rules do not apply unless applicable law requires otherwise.

This section does not limit a consumer protection right that cannot legally be waived.

29. Severability

If a court finds part of these Terms invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in effect.

The affected provision will be interpreted or modified only as much as necessary to make it enforceable where permitted.

30. No Waiver

If Infra Range does not immediately enforce a provision, that does not permanently waive the provision.

It also does not waive any other right or provision.

31. Entire Agreement

These Terms form part of the agreement between you and Infra Range.

The agreement also includes the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Return Policy, and any product-specific terms shown before purchase.

A separate written agreement may apply when Infra Range expressly agrees to it.
