Welcome to Infra Range.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Infra Range mobile application (the “App”), the Infra Range website (the “Website”), the Infra Range online store (the “Store”), and related products, services, content, and features provided by Infra Range (“Infra Range,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, accessing or using the Website, creating an account, making an in-app purchase, purchasing a subscription, or placing an order through the Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App, Website, Store, or related services.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, Website, Store, or related services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms or that you are using the services with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

You agree to use the App, Website, Store, products, and related services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Use of the Infra Range App

The App is designed for training, simulation, recreation, and entertainment purposes.

Infra Range is designed for use with compatible infrared (“IR”) laser training devices and related equipment. Compatibility may depend on the mobile device, camera system, IR wavelength, lighting conditions, display equipment, calibration, accessories, and other factors.

The App is not intended for use with live ammunition or for live-fire shooting.

You agree to use the App and any associated training equipment in a safe, responsible, and lawful manner and to follow all applicable laws, safety rules, equipment instructions, and generally accepted firearm safety practices.

The App is a training and entertainment tool. It is not a substitute for professional firearms instruction, safety training, law enforcement training, military training, or other professional instruction.

3. Safety Disclaimer

WARNING: Never look directly into an infrared laser beam. Infrared laser light may be invisible to the human eye and may cause serious or permanent eye injury.

If using a firearm with a compatible IR training cartridge, laser insert, or other dry-fire training device, always verify that the firearm is completely unloaded before beginning any training activity.

All live ammunition should be removed from the training area before beginning dry-fire training.

Always follow the fundamental rules of firearm safety, including treating every firearm as if it is loaded and keeping the firearm pointed in a safe direction.

Do not point or aim any firearm, training firearm, laser device, or simulated weapon at another person or animal.

Infra Range assumes no responsibility or liability for injury, death, property damage, equipment damage, legal consequences, or other harm resulting from unsafe, unlawful, negligent, reckless, improper, or unintended use of the App or associated equipment.

Use of the App and associated training equipment is at your own risk.

4. Device and Equipment Requirements

Use of the Infra Range system may require compatible equipment, which may include:

• A compatible mobile device capable of running the Infra Range App
• A compatible infrared laser training device
• An appropriate IR camera filter or filter system
• A projector or other compatible display equipment
• A projection screen or suitable display surface
• A tripod, mount, stand, cable, adapter, or other accessory

The specific equipment required may vary depending on the customer’s setup and the features being used.

Unless specifically stated in the applicable product description, a mobile phone, tablet, or other mobile device is not included with an Infra Range hardware kit.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, compatibility information, system requirements, and setup instructions before purchasing products or accessories.

We do not guarantee compatibility with every mobile device, camera system, projector, adapter, cable, accessory, laser training product, operating system version, or third-party product.

5. App Availability and Updates

We may release updates, bug fixes, improvements, new features, compatibility changes, or other modifications to the App.

Certain updates may be necessary for continued operation, security, compatibility, or access to particular features.

We do not guarantee that the App will remain compatible indefinitely with every device, operating system version, third-party accessory, or hardware configuration.

We may add, remove, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue features, maps, game modes, content, services, or functionality at any time, subject to applicable law.

Access to the App does not guarantee that any particular feature, map, game mode, or other content will remain available indefinitely.

6. In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional in-app purchases, including digital content, game modes, maps, features, functionality, upgrades, or other digital products.

The price and terms of an in-app purchase will be displayed before the purchase is completed.

In-app purchases made through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party digital marketplace are processed by the applicable platform and are subject to that platform’s billing, payment, cancellation, and refund procedures.

Infra Range does not directly receive or store complete payment-card information for transactions processed entirely by an app marketplace.

Except where required by applicable law or the applicable marketplace’s policies, digital purchases may be non-refundable after delivery or activation.

Refund requests for transactions processed through an app marketplace may need to be submitted through that marketplace’s refund process.

7. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

The App may offer optional subscription-based access to premium features, content, maps, game modes, services, or other functionality.

If subscriptions are offered, the applicable price, billing period, subscription duration, trial terms if any, and other material purchase information will be displayed before the customer confirms the purchase.

Subscriptions may be offered on a monthly, annual, or other recurring basis.

Where an auto-renewable subscription is offered, the subscription will automatically renew according to the terms displayed at the time of purchase unless the user cancels the subscription through the applicable platform before renewal.

Subscription purchases made through the Apple App Store are billed through the user’s Apple Account and may be managed or canceled through Apple’s subscription management system.

Subscription purchases made through Google Play are billed through the user’s Google Play account and may be managed or canceled through Google Play.

Canceling a subscription generally prevents future renewal charges but does not necessarily provide a refund for a billing period that has already been purchased. Refund eligibility is determined according to applicable law and the policies of the platform that processed the transaction.

Deleting the App does not necessarily cancel an active subscription. Users are responsible for managing or canceling subscriptions through the platform through which the subscription was purchased.

Infra Range reserves the right to change future subscription prices, plans, benefits, and available tiers, subject to applicable law and applicable marketplace requirements. Any required notice or consent for price changes will be handled in accordance with applicable platform rules and law.

Apple describes its auto-renewable subscriptions as renewing automatically until the user chooses to cancel, and both Apple and Google provide their own mechanisms for subscription cancellation and refund requests.

8. Online Store Products

Infra Range may offer physical products, kits, accessories, replacement parts, and other merchandise through the Store.

Product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices, availability, and included components are provided on the applicable product page.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display products. However, minor differences in appearance, color, packaging, manufacturing details, or other non-material characteristics may occur.

Products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

• Limit the quantity of products purchased
• Refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary
• Correct pricing or listing errors
• Discontinue products
• Modify product offerings
• Refuse transactions suspected of fraud, abuse, unauthorized payment activity, resale abuse, or other unlawful activity

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

9. Product Kits and Component Substitutions

Infra Range may sell products as complete kits or bundles containing multiple components.

The contents of each kit will be described on the applicable product page.

Because certain components may be sourced from third-party manufacturers or suppliers, the brand, model, appearance, packaging, or design of an individual component may change over time.

Where reasonably necessary, Infra Range may substitute a component with another component intended to provide substantially similar functionality and compatibility.

We will not knowingly substitute a component in a way that materially reduces the core advertised functionality of the purchased system without appropriate disclosure.

10. Complimentary and Promotional Items

Certain kits or purchases may include complimentary, promotional, prototype, starter, or bonus items, including an IR starter pistol or other accessory.

Unless otherwise stated, complimentary items are provided at no additional charge and do not have a separate cash value.

Complimentary products may be intended for initial testing, setup, demonstration, recreational use, or basic operation of the Infra Range system.

The availability, design, construction, appearance, specifications, or inclusion of complimentary items may change.

Return, replacement, and warranty treatment for complimentary items is governed by the applicable product description and the Infra Range Refund and Returns Policy, subject to applicable law.

11. Prices and Payment for Website Orders

Prices displayed in the Infra Range Store are stated in the currency shown at checkout.

Payment is due when an order is placed unless another payment arrangement is expressly offered.

Website payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. Infra Range does not directly store complete payment-card information handled by those processors.

By submitting an order, you represent that:

• The payment information provided is accurate
• You are authorized to use the selected payment method
• The billing information provided is accurate
• The shipping information provided is complete and accurate

The final amount charged may include product costs, shipping charges, and applicable taxes or other charges displayed before the order is submitted.

12. Taxes

Applicable sales taxes or other transaction-based taxes may be calculated and collected where required.

Customers remain responsible for any taxes, duties, customs charges, import fees, brokerage charges, or similar government-imposed charges for which the customer is legally responsible.

For international shipments, where offered, customers are responsible for reviewing any import restrictions and understanding potential duties, taxes, or customs charges unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout.

13. Shipping and Delivery

Infra Range ships physical products only to destinations made available during checkout.

Available shipping methods, shipping charges, and free-shipping eligibility, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Infra Range is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, or additional expenses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Shipping may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, supply disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and legal title to products will transfer as provided by applicable law and the applicable shipping arrangement. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights relating to delivery or loss.

Customers should inspect their orders promptly after delivery and report missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect products to support@infra-range.com.

14. Returns and Refunds for Physical Products

Returns and refunds for physical products purchased directly from the Infra Range Store are governed by the separate Infra Range Refund and Returns Policy.

The Refund and Returns Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Customers should review that policy before placing an order.

Products purchased from third-party retailers are not covered by the Infra Range Refund and Returns Policy and must be returned through the retailer from which the product was purchased.

WooCommerce’s own guidance recommends that return policies clearly explain eligibility, return windows, return-shipping responsibility, and expected refund timing, which is why the detailed rules are better maintained on your separate policy page.

15. Order Cancellation

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact support@infra-range.com as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order that has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to a shipping carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that situation, the Refund and Returns Policy may apply.

16. Third-Party Products and Affiliate Links

The Website may display, recommend, or link to products and services offered by third-party retailers.

Some of these links may be affiliate links. Infra Range may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through certain affiliate links, at no additional cost to the customer.

When a customer clicks an affiliate or third-party product link and completes a purchase on another retailer’s website:

• The transaction is between the customer and that retailer
• The retailer processes the payment
• The retailer handles fulfillment and shipping
• The retailer’s return and refund policies apply
• The retailer’s warranty policies apply
• The retailer’s privacy practices and terms apply

Infra Range is not the seller of record for products purchased directly from third-party retailers and cannot process refunds or returns for those purchases.

References to or links to third-party products do not guarantee continued availability, pricing, performance, or compatibility unless expressly stated.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

The App and Website may contain integrations, links, embedded content, payment services, or other features provided by third parties.

Infra Range is not responsible for the availability, security, content, policies, actions, or practices of independent third-party services.

Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

18. Accounts and Account Security

Certain features may allow or require customers to create an account.

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Restricting unauthorized access to your device and account
• Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized account activity

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may suspend or restrict accounts involved in suspected fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security threats, or violations of these Terms.

19. Acceptable Use

You may not use the App, Website, Store, or related services to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Commit fraud or unauthorized payment activity
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Interfere with the security or operation of the App or Website
• Introduce malware or harmful code
• Scrape or automatically extract protected content without authorization
• Circumvent access restrictions or security controls
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use Infra Range intellectual property without authorization
• Engage in activity intended to damage Infra Range, its customers, its systems, or third parties

20. Intellectual Property

The Infra Range name, logos, branding, original graphics, software, code, game content, designs, documentation, videos, audio, text, and other original materials are owned by Infra Range or used under appropriate authorization unless otherwise stated.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Infra Range intellectual property to the user.

Except where permitted by applicable law, you may not:

• Copy protected portions of the App or Website
• Reproduce or redistribute proprietary content
• Sell unauthorized copies
• Reverse engineer the App
• Circumvent technical protection measures
• Modify or create derivative works from protected Infra Range content
• Use Infra Range trademarks or branding in a misleading manner

Nothing in this section is intended to prohibit activity that cannot legally be restricted under applicable law.

21. User Feedback

If you voluntarily submit ideas, suggestions, comments, bug reports, or other feedback regarding Infra Range, you grant Infra Range permission to use that feedback to evaluate, develop, improve, or promote its products and services without an obligation to compensate you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This does not transfer ownership of unrelated intellectual property or confidential materials that you clearly identify and that we separately agree in writing to receive under confidentiality obligations.

22. Privacy

Use of the App, Website, and Store is also subject to the Infra Range Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, stored, and otherwise handled.

Customers should review the Privacy Policy before using the App, Website, or Store.

23. Communications

By placing an order or providing contact information, you agree that Infra Range may send transactional communications reasonably necessary to provide the service, including:

• Order confirmations
• Payment confirmations
• Shipping notifications
• Delivery updates
• Return and refund communications
• Security notices
• Important service communications

Marketing communications, where offered, will be handled according to applicable law and the choices made available to the user.

24. No Professional Advice

Information provided through the App, Website, documentation, customer support, videos, or other Infra Range content is provided for general informational, training, setup, and entertainment purposes.

Infra Range does not provide legal advice, medical advice, or professional firearms instruction through the App or Website.

Users are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional instruction and for complying with applicable laws and regulations.

25. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the App, Website, and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Infra Range does not guarantee that:

• The App or Website will always be available without interruption
• Every feature will operate without error
• Every device or accessory will be compatible
• Every third-party component will remain available
• The App will detect every laser event under every lighting or environmental condition
• The system will be suitable for every user’s particular training objective

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

26. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Infra Range will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of or inability to use the App, Website, Store, products, or related services.

Infra Range is not responsible for harm caused by:

• Unsafe handling of firearms or training devices
• Use of live ammunition during dry-fire training
• Improper use of laser devices
• Failure to follow safety instructions
• Unauthorized product modification
• Incompatible third-party equipment
• Customer misuse or negligence
• Unlawful use of products or services

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

27. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infra Range and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the App, Website, Store, or products; your material violation of these Terms; or your infringement of the rights of another person.

This provision applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.

28. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the App, Website, Store, accounts, or related services where reasonably necessary because of:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraud or suspected fraudulent activity
• Abuse or harassment
• Security threats
• Unlawful activity
• Conduct that creates a material risk of harm to Infra Range, customers, or third parties

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations or other obligations that arose before termination.

29. Changes to Products, Pricing, and Services

We may change product offerings, prices, features, content, and services from time to time.

Changes to future purchases do not retroactively alter a completed transaction except where required by law or agreed with the customer.

For subscriptions or recurring purchases, price changes and required notices will be handled according to applicable law and applicable marketplace requirements.

30. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the Last Updated date at the top of these Terms will be revised.

Material changes may also be communicated through the App, Website, email, or another reasonable method where appropriate or required.

Continued use of the App, Website, or services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to these Terms do not eliminate rights that have already accrued under applicable law.

31. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted or modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted.

32. No Waiver

Failure by Infra Range to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision or any other provision.

33. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Infra Range Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, and any additional terms presented for a specific product, promotion, subscription, or service, constitute the agreement between the user and Infra Range concerning the applicable services and transactions, except where another written agreement expressly applies.
